ZEN MEDITATION

Zen practice takes place in 4 stages, mindful movements, sitting, mindful walking , and sutra chanting.

Octavian Rei In

Octavian Rei In has discovered Zen 4 years ago, by reading a book called “ Zen mind, beginners mind” by Suzuki Roshi. This book became his bible and mentor, and it has sent him on the meditation cushion straight away. Later on he joined the Soto Zen Order at the temple Rymonji in France, starting to practice the Boddhisatva way, taught by Zen Master Olivier Wang Gen.
